quotes It would be hard to tax independent growers but if it were as available as beer, the vast majority of users would be more likely to pay the tax for convenience rather than setting up a large growing operation. I have friends that brew their own beer, very good beer, but it can be a pain in the ass so I choose not to brew my own like the majority of other beer drinkers.
